Visualisation Technique Part 4

The picture we make in our minds can guide us to the actual creation of it. When we talk about making images, we are really talking about using all our senses. Some people may initially have difficulty making a very clear picture because they are more attuned to another sense than their visual sense. That is fine. If you cannot visualise then just imagine, get a sense or a feel, maybe sounds, whatever works best for you!

If I asked you to imagine the colour of your front door or the colour of your car then you would be able to create an image in your mind! I myself am both kinaesthetic and visual and tend to experience feelings and may just see impressions rather than clear images.

Please practise this exercise and use as many of your senses as you can. You can come back to this visualisation over and over as we do better with practise and eventually you will refine your picture, perhaps adding more detail as your mind starts to get the message that you are working on your health and wellness. You will work deeper with your mind and really refine what you want. It will also serve as a reminder to you and fix your desire more firmly in your mind.
