Unfortunately, when you have negative or fearful thoughts, you are filling your mind with images of what you DON'T want to happen; the more energy you give to these negative thoughts, the more they become the only ones you’ll have!! …
“I'm going to mess up this presentation”

“If I ask for what I want, what if I get rejected?”
“I can’t pursue my dreams because I might fail.”
“I can’t be successful so I’m not going to strive for success.”

When you do this, your mind begins to react as if it is actually happening. If you find yourself unsatisfied with where you are in life and not taking action, you may be stuck in fear. The root cause of fear can be that we believe we are not smart enough, loveable enough, good enough or simply feelings of being inadequate.
