Here’s how to use them:

Use the Stress Detox Audio after Lesson 1 or anytime you feel emotional heaviness rise - it helps release old tension fast.  Pair this one with what you write for the exercises and allow this to guide you with what comes up to clear - if necessary - go back to the beginning and repeat for each area.

The Energetic Reset & Embodiment Activation pairs beautifully with the mid-point of the program - helping you anchor calm, confident presence in your body.

The Boundary Reset for People-Pleasing supports the final lessons - dissolving guilt and helping you hold your energy with strength and ease.

Each audio is your “in-the-moment” reset tool - use them during or after each exercise to help the shifts land deeper in the body, not just the mind.

Reminder!

 

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

Watch one video at a time (you can binge, but integration is more powerful with space).

Have a notebook/journal handy for writing what comes up - you will need this for the clearing exercises!
